Is Pro a subscription, and how do I activate it?
Pro is listed at 9.99 USD as a one-time payment. Sign in, complete checkout using the same email address, then refresh payment status on the extension’s Pro page. The checkout shows the final amount and applicable taxes.
How do I request a refund?
Email wp569359120@gmail.com with your purchase email, order reference, and the issue. Requests are reviewed individually under the Refund Policy; approval is not automatic. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
